Ader Speed Sled Push Pull Training Sled with Harness & Straps Set

The sled works great, I use it in my backyard on nice days. Building it was fast and instructions were simple. I prefer to use bumper plates because when I run with the metal plates, they clank a lot. The harness isn’t great but it’s better than nothing. As another review said, buy a better harness. I would recommend the sled.
